Commission a Painting

This Is A Three Phase Process.
Phase 1.
I believe in open and easy communication. We will have an initial phone consultation where most of the details of the project will be mapped out. This meeting will cover size, framing, delivery details and your preferred delivery date. During the meeting we should be able to have a picture of the subject (property, pet, landmark etc) to refer to. This picture can be texted to me or emailed to me. We will discuss any details about the subject that you would like to highlight such as special architectural nuances, house numbers, season, time of day, landscaping etc. For pet portraits we will discuss what type of background you prefer.
Phase 2.
I will email you an itemized estimate that will require a signature. A 50$ good faith deposit is accepted via check, venmo, zelle or cash. I will put you on my schedule at this point.
Phase 3.
I will personally deliver or ship your painting along with the final invoice. I will follow up with an email for a Google review and ask you to provide a good mailing address so I can send you my “thank you package” which includes a set of Marin Reinhardt Design Cape and island Stickers, a brochure about my referral program and sample of the fine stationery I carry that can be customized with any of your commissions past present and future.
This process is one that I have perfected over many years working as a professional artist. I feel that being able to have an experience with a client where there is a low need for technology and we spend most of our time communicating one on one creates a much more meaningful and lasting relationship. Your referral is my most valued method of marketing my business and your positive experience is my ultimate goal. I will go above and beyond to make sure you have the piece of art you wanted at the end of the process. Having a strong base of trust and communication always ensures this is the outcome. A commission process with me is stress free and will be the beginning of a lifelong relationship.
